The only difference is the frequency of property inspections per month.

Regular property inspections

During each visit, we check your property carefully and systematically:

Interior

• Visual inspection of all rooms

• Check for moisture, mold, or unusual odors

• Inspection for visible damage or irregularities

• Check of water connections and obvious leaks

• Ventilation of the property to prevent moisture and poor air

Exterior

• Inspection of windows, doors, shutters, and locks

• Visual inspection of terrace, balcony, and garden area

• Check for storm damage or external changes

• General assessment of the property and its surroundings

Keyholding – Secure key management

• Secure and confidential storage of your keys

• Fast availability when needed

• Access for you, guests, contractors, or service providers by arrangement

• Documented key handovers

Documentation & communication

After each visit you will receive:

• A written short report

• Information about the condition of the property

• Photo documentation if required or in case of irregularities

• Immediate notification if action is required

Additional services – flexible and available on request

These services are not included in the subscription and will only be charged when you actually use them.
Of course, we will inform you transparently about the scope and costs before each service.

• Short-notice inspections after storms, heavy rain, or other severe weather
